I love the flexy stretchy part but strength and stamina have always been my greatest challenge because I'm very lazy by nature. Still, to avoid injuries it's important that muscles are strong enough to support the stretch. In yoga, we use our own body weight build up strength. It's either by lifting the body in certain poses or holding challenging poses for a long time. Here it is very important to breath calmly and still the mind to avoid cramping or tensing the challenged muscles. It's where yoga begins βΊοΈ
