P.S. the support and kindness I receive from you guys is unreal 🥺 thank you thank you thank you. I’m hanging in there and being kind to myself today. I’ve mostly been in bed but I did go see a psychiatrist and got a poke bowl for lunch so I’m proud of myself for that! hope you’re having a good day!
