Double Chocolate Cookies (triple cause I added homemade frosting)
1/2 c butter
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c sugar
1 egg
1tsp vanilla extract
Splash of milk
Mix all wet ingredients with sugar until smooth
Then combine the dry ingredients in a separate bowl:
1 c flour
2/3 c cocoa powder
1tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
Combine dry ingredients with wet, stir in chocolate chips, shape in small balls.
Then place on a nonstick cookie sheet about 2 inches apart; bake at 350 for 9 minutes
Chill cookie dough 2 hours before baking for fluffy cookies, but I skipped that step bc I wanted to eat them sooner haha!
