

My 10 New Year Resolutions
As we step into a new year, it’s time to set goals that inspire us to become better, stronger, and more fulfilled.
Here’s my list of resolutions for 2025:
1. Spend less time on phone and try meeting friends and family in person.
2. Visit my friend Natalia @natalia_bauer in Thailand.
3. Eat less sugar.
4. Work less, rest more.
5. Stay consistent with workouts.
6. Travel to a new country.
7. Read more books.
8. Learn a new skill.
9. Wake up earlier.
10. Make every day count.
