I’ve been taking care of myself & my hygiene, my body and my brain as much as I can. I know this is not ideal but this is a tough job & i’ve been going through so much. I’ve been feeling numb for so long but I’m finally starting to feel…like a human being again? I’m sorry to everyone & thank you so much for everyone that stayed & is continuing to stay ❤️ I just need to hit the gym a couple of more times & I will be able to film & post consistently without feeling like a bag of lard lol 🥲 Sending so SO much love & well wishes to everyone! Take care of yourself FIRST before anybody else & don’t let anyone make you feel bad for choosing your health (mental & physical) first ✨
