**Impostor syndrome is a hidden struggle with oneself**.
It seems that success is close at hand, but inside you feel as if it's an accident or a mistake. And now you are afraid that one day you will be exposed and realize that you are “not that smart”, “not that talented” or “not deserving” of your achievements. This is called imposter syndrome, and it is more common than you might think.
The most interesting thing is that this syndrome often occurs in those who have already reached a high level. Self-doubt doesn't always mean a lack of real skills or knowledge - it can be an internal struggle with invisible standards that we create for ourselves.
Why is this so interesting? Because despite external success and recognition, we may have a constant fear of being “discovered” inside us. We underestimate ourselves, believing that others are much better and that our achievements are just a coincidence.
Ask yourself: why do you think this? Are your successes really random? Perhaps it's time to accept yourself and recognize that you deserve everything you've achieved.
