

hope ya’ll don’t mind an occasional pic of me full clothed!! 🙈💛 this week’s playlist is intended for a mindfulness meditation… it is 20 minutes long, and I know that might seem like a lot- but I’ve found having something relaxing to listen to helps me to stay in it. I also like to sit on the swing because it forces me to focus on my balance and stay in one place. My challenge to you this week is to sit and listen to this playlist start to finish, and try to keep your attention on breathing deeply and relaxing your body... and then see how you feel at the end! If this practice had not made a noticeable difference for me these past few weeks, in reducing stress and just generally feeling better/more focused- I wouldn’t be sharing it here.
