Life can get so busy…going to work, taking care of family, the yard, getting the ‘honey do’ list done lol, paying the bills, etc. But we can’t effectively tend to our responsibilities if we don’t take care of ourselves. For me, I need a day to do nothing! I put cozy clothes on, eat whatever I want even if it’s delivery, read, take a nap, watch and Love Island. Some people golf, some spend time in the garage, some turn their phone off and lay in bed. So what do you do on a day of rest?
