ive missed you guys so much!!π to celebrate things getting back to normal i wanted to come back with a little challengeπ· seeing how fast i can go through a whole tub of gainerπ₯€ im aiming for under a week, going to try to do them twice a day to get the best results (ontop of the massive amounts of food i eat per day)π€ in each shake there's gonna be a minimum of 1300 cals, but im playing around with what goes in them to make them as calorie dense as possible i was trying to record a little fat chat vid for you guys but couldn't help myself since i wanted to try the shakes SO bad, so here's the start of my little 'challenge'π·π
