I am so excited for the weekend. I can’t wait for the NFC Championship game. Tomorrow im planning to get all my chores done so Sunday I can do nothing. Lol.
Oh and the protein Ice cream has 220 calories for the whole container… like I said in the video if you’re on a fitness journey or just want some ways to cut out a ton of calories I am happy to share recipes and what I know.
