I’ve contacted support multiple times and received no straightforward answer; all of my clips are either .mov or .mp4, which are standard, and they all work on my end, both pre-upload and on the site. **For almost everyone, they work smoothly**. But sometimes, some people will see an error message. Fixes are extremely random. Some people say phone works but computer doesn’t, some say the opposite. **Most confusing of all, almost everyone who sees this error finds that the videos WILL play normally, but a few days later**. Like I said, I have reached out to support several times and I’ve never had any help with the matter on their end. I don’t know if it’s because I have too much content on the feed or something?? Aka years of near constant posting…?? Regardless, my best advice if you’re one of the few who sees the error: - try changing your device, or browser type. - simply wait a bit (a few hours? a day?) - **contact support and let them know**. Maybe if enough of us poke at them, they’ll actually be helpful. If you’re seeing these errors I am so sorry. I can’t do anything else on my end and I have no helpful advice to give :( thank you for being patient with me, it means a lot.
