

TODAY'S SELF CARE TASK: Right now, think or say something kind about yourself (out loud if you can). The importance of telling yourself at least ONE nice thing per day is huge. I know it can be easy to be self critical or self deprecating: I do it all the time, too. But something as simple as "I'm proud of myself for getting out of bed today", or "I am a kind person", or "I am supportive of this lil e-girl and that makes me generous and giving" -- all of that is more than enough to count as a lil self care. YOU DESERVE IT, you're fucking wonderful!!
