A good morning starts with the sun pouring through the window and the aroma of freshly brewed tea. After a gentle awakening, I head straight to my yoga mat. I love that feeling when the body wakes up, the muscles become strong and flexible, and the head is cleared of all unnecessary thoughts. After yoga, it's time for a shower with my favorite scented gel that instantly lifts my mood. And then I go for a walk. Nature is always inspiring: rustling leaves, cool breeze - little joys that make the day special. During the day I devote myself to creativity and my little hobbies - whether it's drawing, reading or creating something beautiful for myself. It's a time to dream and give myself a little more love.
