Relearning a lot of things that I thought I was an expert in has been humbling to say the least, but nothing worthwhile is ever dropped in your lap without effort! One of the few things that has stayed consistent is my balancing poses. This posture makes me feel as strong and stable as a tree, like it always has. And thank goodness for that, my ego can only take so much 😂
