I've found it's such an effective way to work into full shoulder extension, and push that weighted overhead range of motion just a little further 🥵 Ps, I'm trying some new photo editing software! I really like it. Thank you again to the super helpful fan that recommended it, and went to the trouble of teaching me to watermark! Even though I don't do an awful lot to edit my photos - I like everything to look as natural as possible - editing photos actually takes a ton of time (evening out & matching tones, cropping/straightening, watermarking, etc). I'm deeply grateful for anything that makes my life easier so I can focus more on making content for you guys 🥰🙏
