Added 2021-08-04 22:00:56 +0000 UTCA little update. I haven't been well. I didn't expect or want to take this past month off posting but just getting through each day has been a struggle. I hesitated a lot to post about my mental health but wanted to share a little with those of you here.
Mental health is often a struggle to deal with. I've been through the cycles of it before, and I know I can deal with it again. It doesn't feel like it in the moment.
I intend to post again here, I can't wait to in fact.
I have a team of health professionals around me. Took me months/years to finally seek it and feel worthy to receive help 🙄 Yet to have a friend and family support network, but my goodness my partner is an exceptional man.
