

"What do you do to keep in good shape?"
I get asked this question, a lot. Well here is most of the fresh produce my partner and I eat within a week. We may do a mid week top up of greens such as spinach and herbs (nearly growing them!), and we also get a share of meat monthly directly from a farmer. Other than that, I don't go to a gym or do any set exercises. I generally keep active during my days, but lately I'll admit, I've been spending a fair share of time on the couch. Oh! We also go through a lot of chocolate and bake ourselves treats a lot (hello blondies currently in the oven...)
In short, focusing on nutrient density 😉
