Added 2024-07-15 17:06:24 +0000 UTCLittle bit of ‘body’ talk - as some of you may or may not know I’ve had a difficult relationship with my body for the last few years. But for the first time in a long time I actually really meant what I said re my new set last week. I really do think my body is looking fantastic- it takes a lot for me to say, but naked and vulnerable like this, nothing to hide behind, no fancy lingerie or editing. It’s wildly liberating to show you my form proudly, as it is. No tricks, just me. I’ve obviously worked really hard to get to this point, literally, physically in the gym, but also mentally (being in a calorie deficit is not for the weak). It’s easy to continue to chase this intangible thing that is ‘perfection’ and never be happy with what you have, but I think I’m finally reaching a point where I’m pretty damn satisfied with what I’ve achieved. So thank you guys for always cheering me on, and showering me with your words of appreciation and adoration. Rant over xx 💜
