And in lieu of my last post, here’s is a full transparency, no editing no anything picture of my body atm. After having a hard time the past 4 months or so trying to cut my weight / body fat again, I’ve finally made it into sub 64kg (141lbs), which I haven’t been in a long time, if ever as an adult. This is at 173 (5’8ft ) ofc 👆🏻Being in a calorie deficit is super hard mentally, and I also struggle with a lot of DOMS/ muscle soreness, I worry about a chronic state like fibromyalgia but I’m too scared to really investigate further in case I might be onto something lol 😅 Maybe I just need to eat more. Anyways I’m pushing down to 63 kg and then upping my calorie intake a bit again. Pray for me for this last push. 🙏🏼
