I inform you that the delusions you are experiencing are a normal part of your diagnosis and that you would no longer be having them if you took your medication. I explain to you that patients under my care return to their unit completely transformed by my effective treatment methods and that I only see the most difficult patients in the facility. The first method of treatment will be what I call a "polar plunge", which consists of lying in an ice bath just until your body has had enough. When you refuse to partake in this treatment willingly, I call "code white" and we manage to get you into the tub with the assistance of a syringe. After the polar plunge, your next treatment is to be held in complete isolation for an undisclosed amount of time.
