Added 2021-10-11 01:16:57 +0000 UTCI don't usually post on Sundays, but today is World Mental Health Day -- I know y'all are primarily here to jerk off, but as someone who has been affected by mental health issues (of both myself and people close to me), I thought I'd pop in to say that it's not a sign of weakness to struggle with your emotions. It can be especially hard to talk about your feelings and reach out to others when you're a guy raised to "just toughen up" and "be a man." But you'd probably be surprised at how many of your friends would be able to relate if you reached out to them when you're having a hard time.
