

Autumn is the best time for pumpkin pies, let’s make my favourite one! 🥧✨
For the dough u need:
🍁 255g flour
🍁 1,5 teaspoon baking powder
🍁 ½ teaspoon salt
🍁 100g sugar
🍁 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
🍁 ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
🍁 ½ teaspoon ground cloves
🍁 150g pumpkin puree
🍁 50g milk
🍁 50g butter
🍁 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the filling u need:
🍁 100g pecan (or walnut)
🍁 100g brown sugar
🍁 50g flour
🍁 1 glass boiling water
For the dough u need to mix all the dry ingredients together (don’t forget to pass the flour and the baking powder through a sieve 😉). In another bowl mix together soft butter, milk, vanilla and pumpkin puree. Mix two bowls together (it should be a thick mass). Pour the mass into the baking dish and carefully level it out.
For the filling sprinkle the dough evenly with brown sugar mixed with flour and place nuts on top. Pour boiling water over everything evenly (do not mix!) and place in a preheated at 180° Celsius oven for 45-50 minutes.
