For a while I had been drinking a bit more than what I would have liked. Blame it on Cvd or whatever but my body was not happy. For the past 2 yrs or so I had drastically cut out my drinking down to about 1 drink a week on average. Now I am going back to having about 1/2 cup (4oz) of red wine each night. It's been nice, I dont get a buzz or anything, it just gently relaxes me and I love the taste. I go out once a week and buy myself a really nice bottle of red and it lasts all week. I dont go out heavily drinking on weekends, holidays or anything. It has been nice to start enjoying this again on a normal level.
