And damn….I just wanted to come onto here to say that anyone who is suffering from any kind of mental illness. YOU ARE NOT ALONE. This smiling face you see is also the face of someone who struggles with depression, chronic/debilitating anxiety, PTSD, BPD, and ADD. I am on mood stabilizers, anti-depression meds, and anti-psychotics. I see a psychologist AND a psychiatrist. I meditate/journal/read to help regulate myself… I am not afraid to admit these things because we need to END THE STIGMA!!!! If you are struggling, please reach out to me, I am here for you! If you need help. Please ask for it. We can’t go through this alone. It’s not what’s wrong with you - it’s whats happened to you? And there is no shame in that….
