- SLDL 2x 12,9 RIR 2
- SMITH WIDE SQUAT 2x 10,7 RIR 2
- DB LUNGES 2x 22,18 RIR 2
Had to change my programming tonight because the gym was heavily busy. I typically do a smith lunge instead of dumbbells. I’m currently on week 5 of my program :) the intensity has increased & my lifts have definitely been keeping up.
I’m able to keep my reps & sets at a lower volume because I keep my intensity high, focusing on a slow pace with full range of motion. I forgot to use my inhaler so my last set of lunges were dramatic 😅
