Stretching has been helping me so much!! I've been doing lite yoga at least twice a day for a little while now and it helps my lower back pain so much!
I like going to hot yoga classes with a teacher best, but with covid happening, Hot yoga is definitely off the table.
Once the world opens back up, my first purchase will be a month long membership to a hot yoga class! 😍
