


My room is clean, I've been productive the last few days, I've cut back on junk food and coffee, started running again, and I'm being social and going to brunch with a girlfriend today! 🥰
I am so proud of myself this week!!!
Not complaining, it's just a huge win to maintain being productive when I deal with depression, anxiety, ADHD, and PTSD from sexual trauma. I have also been doing this without medication!💪
Not saying everyone can or should do it without medication, but addiction runs in my family so I try and stay far away from prescriptions.
I have pushed myself to move this week and I've accomplished more than I thought possible. So excited to do it again this week. 🥰
I appreciate all the verbal motivation you can give me, lol.
