Got a preorder come in in a damaged box. Weird thing is that the box was undamaged but it was almost broken on the inside like they delivered it with a broken shipping 📦 and the post office refused it but they sent it back in an undamaged box because they had all the shipping labels and stuff on the inside.
I had to talk to Amazon jp via chat and they gave me a full refund and the price difference to buy a new one from a 3rd party seller. I wish they would go back to using DHL like before but I guess it's very expensive.
I now preorder all my figures on amiami and not amazon, since the shipping prices are not that good anyways and I always have bad luck with these cheaper figures. My other figures were ok though.
