It seems the dentist I went to to do a root canal for me right before covid, did a terrible job and the same tooth is infected again.
Apparently they also thinned out my tooth so much that it is now broken in two places and the tooth is no good anymore.
So on Monday I am having emergency oral surgery to remove the tooth and all infection. I also am having a bone graft put in so I can, in the future, have an implant put in. I've been in a boatload of pain for a couple of weeks now so getting someone to finally say they know what's going on and they can fix it is a big relief!
The only part that isn't a huge upper, is the bill.
I've already paid over $450 for x-rays, consulting fees, and referrals and the bill on Monday will be $1,755.
