

Don't forget to stretch today!!
I've been doing a lot more yoga recently and it is helping immensely with my sciatica and tight hips.
Plus I got one of those massage guns for Christmas last year and I use that quite frequently. But I cannot recommend stretching and yoga enough.
I'm not very graceful, lol. But if y'all are interested I would happily make you a video of me doing the stretches I do to help with my lower back pain. ❤
