Don't forget to make space for time in nature throughout the next month. I know it's cold outside but this is the perfect time for a slow morning walk with a hot cup of coffee, tea, or hot chocolate. Even better if that walk is shared with a lover, friend, or pet. Take some time to fill your lungs with the icy air and feel it bring you to life.
