While training is very hard, only 1-2 times a week maximum. It's good that my work is physical and therefore I'm not too out of shape. I rarely get to make posts because there is absolutely no time yet, today is the first day when I came earlier, usually it's much later, I only have time to wash, eat and immediately sleep. good evening everyone
