

The only thing that can calm and relax me after a hard day is yoga!🌿🧘♀️ I don't think any activity makes me as energized, yet focused as yoga☘️ It's an amazing feeling to watch your body become resilient, flexible, and malleable💪 I try to exercise at least 4 times a week and it has a direct impact on how well I live my life!💛 When you have a lot of energy in you - only then you start to live a quality life and use every hour of your life! Do you do sports or is the best rest for you is to lie around doing nothing?🙏
