

🏋️♀️💖 How do you work out for fun? I am a person who loves sports - yoga, crossfit, just spending time at the gym on the treadmill! And I remember how hard it was for me in the beginning when I didn't want to step out of my comfort zone and improve my body! But I found ways to feel comfortable even when I didn't know anyone! 1. I started watching workout tapes so I knew how to use the equipment and work out properly! 📽️🏋️♀️ 2. I put on my favorite music on my headphones, which makes me forget that anyone is around! 🎧🎶 3. I always reward myself after a workout! It can be a delicious coffee or free time! ☕🎉 Finding these little tricks helped me turn my workout routine into a fun and enjoyable experience!
