THE BAD: I expressed some frustration to a longtime fan, and he told me that we are simply too nice, and I need to be more of a Domme Mistress and take control. What got me pissed (and hurt my feelings)? My IT nerd hubby finally got to me some fan data he's been analyzing, and my percentage of fans with RENEW ON has fucking decreased since I politely asked so many to turn it on and stick around. I got called awful names a few weeks ago from a now-gone fan because it took longer than he wanted for me to finish his custom video... even though he knew my husband was hospitalized with blo-od clots in his lungs. WTF? We are exhausted. There is no way for me to convey how hard we work at this without sounding like a whiner.... so: 1) Starting immediately, a much higher percentage of my new content will ONLY be going to fans with Renew ON. Femdom and BBC. 2) I'm holding back some unreleased and very hot new content until my Renew percentage goes back up. No worries, we still have enormous amounts of new content, but time to hold onto some of my best new stuff until I feel more appreciated for what we provide. 3) More changes are going to happen as we process all of this. One thing our research show us is that a LOT of fans turn on Renew to get bonuses, and then right before they renew they turn it off. While clever, that is taking advantage of our generosity, and we need to come up with better solutions. Yeah yeah, I sound like I'm bitching! LOL Well, I guess I am, but overall I love my OF and my great fans! I just need to feel this is a more fair relationship with many of my fans.
