Hi guys! Something very personal ahead 💖🥺 Recently I’ve been diagnosed with Myofascial Pain Syndrome (Chronic pain disorder) which I’ve been suffering with for 7+ years. I found out because I went to a physical therapist for my surgery rehab and it was identified during the full body checkup. I have a very high pain tolerance and thought everyone had some pain (it started in my late teens and I thought this is what it feels like to be an adult 😅🤣) and previously didn’t have a lot of time to get myself checked out. The physical therapist instructed lifestyle changes such as improved ergonomic work space (atm I work on a laptop on a sofa lol) as well as treatment. Major surgery recovery combined with MPS has resulted in a lot of fatigue and injuries which has made it hard for me to create as much content as I would like, so any help would also result in overall more sexy content for you to enjoy 🍑 🍓 I’m doing a fundraiser for the costs of ergonomic work space + a few months of treatments for my MPS and functional scoliosis which attributes to causing my MPS.
