I was supposed to fly out tomorrow after a quick post op check today, but during post op I was told that I have internal hemorrhaging with a hematoma in a very critical state. I'm now being rushed into emergency after hours surgery for a second time in two days.
My flight home cancelled. I need to find a new hotel, new plan tickets and pay for another surgery.
I'm very lucky the anesthetist agreed to come in after hours to work with my surgeon and the rest of the staff are being paid overtime to work at night.
It makes me so very sad because today I was feeling like I was doing very well, I had no pain or troubles and I was being a brave girl. I was so happy and proud.
Instead I'm getting more needles and more surgery and I just want to go home and see my kittens.
