Iβm laughing at myself/being silly/shaking my butt, because it sounds absurd when I say it out loud. But in reality I feel like dancing sensually really helps me move out negative energy and I feel much lighter afterwards π I feel like when I let my body move to the music, Iβm properly feeling my emotions and releasing them. Itβs a moment where Iβm fully present in my body π€
