So I was at an indoor jungle gym with my 2 1/2 year old today and needed to go to the bathroom. I took him with me to a family bathroom, with one of those doors where you push a button to lock it. Right next to the "push to lock" button was a "push to open" button. While I was sitting there going for a peee, my kid started eyeing the buttons. I told him right away, "don't push any buttons", but what does a 2 1/2 year old always do? Push the button, of course!
So, despite my frantic yelling, he pushed the "push to open button", and the bathroom door swung wiiiiide open to a hallway packed with people.
