I'm still recovering from a car accident that happened during the end of April and I've been given some new treatment and they started electrotherapy because they found a disc bulge in my neck that's been causing a lot of my problems and they're also still treating my back and trying to get my lumbar from blocking my sciatic nerve and I've just been dealing with a lot of pain from my body trying to adjust and get back to normal these past few weeks. I'm still not 100% but we're getting there and hopefully I have more good days this week and we'll try to get some content out!
