

One thing about me is I will always find a body of water whenever I’m exploring Colorado… 💧
Whether that is on a hike, floating a river, steaming in the hot springs, or simple stay at an Airbnb with a hot tub. Even when I’m home, I regularly chill in my bathtub for a minimum of 2 hours 😅 where I’ll write in my journal or get lost in a new book. (I love to read & write!) 🛁
Water has so many properties that make it a wonderful form of therapy and self-care. It is my favorite stress reliever. Can you relate? 💦
