The menu was a crafted collection of unique and obscure beverages that are intended to elevate and uplift your experience.
One of the selections I hadn’t heard of before is called Jun. Infused with medicinal herbs, super foods, botanicals, and other secret ingredients — a glass of Jun provides a major energy shift from the very first sip.
Jun is best described as a cousin to Kombucha in that they are both made by fermenting tea and sugar. The Jun is much more rare and unique in that it’s SCOBY (the live culture in the drink) feeds on honey resulting in a tasty beverage that is rich in probiotics, prebiotics, and amino acids. Did you know this combination introduces healthy bacteria into the gut, contributing to a stronger immune system!
