

7 month fitness update
- Cut and lost 25 pounds of fat
- Bulked (intentional, controlled weight gain) and started working out harder, put on 20 pounds, this time mostly in muscle
- Going on another cut for a couple months
- Wanted to get my bench to 225 and it's at 240 now (though it'll drop a bit due to the cut, but that's fine)
