This suspension for the photoshoot was incredibly intense because I was hanging with my full body weight from mostly just the ropes around my torso, which were restricting my breathing a lot. Every time I could only stay in it for a few minutes before we would have to take a little break again. But now seeing the images I feel it was completely worth it! After the photo shoot we also had a performance which was so fun to experience. Having the whole rooms attention on you, while being in such a vulnerable position... Definitely not something you experience every day. I also especially loved the aspect of how immersive the experience was to perform live with an audience... Usually my creation process and the audience that gets to see it are very seperate and you guys are probably the ones that have the most insight into how I work. So having people there, being able to see their faces and talk to them afterwards made me feel very alive and recognized as an artist... Do you think you'd ever consider being tied like this?
