I have peace to go into the next few days with lighter weight. I have lifted more than I have ever IN MY LIFE these last 2 years. It changed me forever. 🔥Now... Transition. Avoid any injury and soreness. No ego lifting, this ain't my first rodeo. PUMP is the GAME!! Let's go my babes!!!
