Added 2022-06-16 02:38:50 +0000 UTCBig changes in my program have dropped! Welcome to my garage gym 😈 One big addition is 30 min of cardio every night before my last meal. Yep. +3.5 hours of cardio a week, on top of the previous 4hrs of conditioning, 30 min of swimming, & 15 min of cool down on leg days. And of course, training 6x a week. This is crunch time. You should see noticable differences in just a week. Wish me luck!
