It took a loooot of guts to post this so please be gentle with me๐Ÿ˜Š Starting now I will do weekly updates like this so that you can see the progress, both the on and off seasons of the fitness world๐Ÿ˜˜ I'm closing in on the top off season weight now before the diet gets more tight again. Some of you might think "Why is she get so fat" and other might say "Why did she get so fat?" so I will keep it simple ๐Ÿ˜ I love three things, I love to be strong, I love food and I love to be fit, those things can sadly never happen at the same time๐Ÿฅฒ And that is why I and every other fitness girl has to cycle things and to focus on the long run. I'm currently training 5 days per week and since i'm eating again I can train really hard, and heavy๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ˜ That wasn't the case just a few months ago when I was gorgeous and veiny๐Ÿ˜ Back then I was hungry, tired and weak๐Ÿ˜ƒ I want to get bigger for every season and without illegal substances this is the road forward.
