Weekly raw unedited update! I dropped a bit in weight the last week but I think it's because I didn't train legs yesterday๐ Even though I came in a bit lower I managed to do a new PR in bench๐ It's not even an exercise that I normal do but my coach wants me to do some compound movements the coming weeks to put on some mass. I have about 2 weeks left of eating more and i'm going to finish that in style, more about that later๐ In about 2 weeks time I will be on a minicut again, I don't think I will shred all the way down to veins, but hopefully it will be a bit tighter still๐ I'm getting back on track and it feels very good ๐ Hugs and kisses!
