I have been trying to watch my figure and eat healthy. So, bananas are what I need. I like cooking smoothies for breakfast or dinner to help give me a little energy boost. It is so easy to make, and they are so tasty! All I need is a blender! I am never wondering what to do with the bananas when they get too ripe, I make banana smoothie, this is a great dish for me and for you too. Do you like bananas?🍌🍌🍌
