in my post about my ex and the changed locks, when I spoke that and shared it, it released what felt like a hold it had on me, does that make sense? when i asked if i could get another prompt, it was genuine, and then some of yall answered and shared more thoughts in my dm's and something healed where I felt like I didnt need to talk about it any further. so I am sorry if you were looking forward to hearing more!!

there is, of course, so much more to the "story" of what happened that I am still processing through. mid process for some stuff isn't appropriate to bring into a public space. however-- yall have some great thoughts and if you ever want to know things, write the questions to me anyway!

maybe i'll answer them in a different format? i've been meaning to make an audio-only experience..
